Our engineers develop innovations with external experts and institutes in the spheres of research, development and marketing. We also work closely with universities and colleges. We’re the number 1 lens manufacturer in Switzerland with ­customers in more than 20 countries. All our prescription lenses are manufactured exclusively at our Basel site – in other words, they’re 100% Swiss made. Since its ­foundation 85 years ago, Optiswiss has been locally based and today is completely independent.
